Our Policy & Commitment

L'Oréal Group (L'Oréal) is committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion and to ensuring that all L'Oréal customers have an accessible user experience. We are committed to ensuring that our websites and online services are accessible for all and to following the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA standards) and the EN 301 549 European standards. We are also firmly dedicated to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the European Union Web & Mobile Accessibility Directive, Article 47 of the French law n° 2005-102 of February 11th 2005 (updated January 2021), the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and other applicable accessibility laws.

Our digital accessibility compliance program includes coordination with our accessibility partners, as well as designing, developing, and testing L'Oréal's websites and online services applying the WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA standards and the EN 301 549 European standards.
